I was never a DIYer until I moved into my own place after College. I was on a tight budget so had to attempt to do as much work by myself.

However my place is tiny and I did not have enough space to store lots of power tools. So I would hire larger tools when needed.

My go to option was my Dremel 3000 Rotary tool for the smaller projects. It would get the jobs done in no time. With 10 different speed settings you can easily find the best setting. With the tool being corded you will not run into a flat battery so can keep going until the job is finished.
